CDL4ALL will provide the online theory, skills, and drive ELDT. CDL4ALL is a certified 3rd party tester for the IDOT. CDL4ALL will provide the final testing. The skills area and drive route are certified by the IDOT. CDL4ALL can also provide Hazmat ELDT* (online).​

Class A CDL​
Any combination vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR) over 26,001 lbs towing any unit with a GVWR over 10,001 lbs. You will need to pass the general knowledge, combination, and air brake tests.
Class B CDL​
Any vehicle with a GVWR over 26,001lbs. You have to pass the general knowledge and air brake tests. You can add tank endorsement if you want. There is not an ELDT for that.
​Class C CDL​
Any vehicle with a GVWR over 26,001lbs. You have to pass the general knowledge test. Can be done with a van or car.

More Information
After payment showing commitment there are no refunds. No show fees are 25% additional fee non-refundable. No less than 48-hour cancelation of appointment nonrefundable. CDL4ALL reserves the right to cancel and reschedule if there is a mechanical failure or extreme weather conditions.
We are also flexible:
We have a client that wants to use their own tractor but our trailer.
Veterans, family of veterans, (with some type of proof), State or Federal owned companies 10% discount. (cannot be combined with other discounts). UAW workers get a 10% discount with proof of card. (cannot be combined with other discounts).
We also give discounts for upgrades if a person did an ELDT and final testing previously with CDL4ALL.
The online theory, two hours of ELDT, and the final testing comes with the package.
If the student goes over the two hours there is an additional fee of $115.00 an hour to pay the ELDT trainers. If a student fails their final testing more than twice there is an additional fee of $100.00 per test.
After a student has passed all of their ELDT training and is ready to test, CDL4ALL will set up the testing area before the scheduled time to allow the student to practice for the test. They are not able to leave the testing area and do not damage anything. If they do damage to something the student or client will be responsible for the damages. There is no fee for using the vehicle or the testing site before a student's final testing.
